Limping?

Can dogs look for attention when they are hurt? I ask this, because, Jodie, my CKC this afternoon suddenly could not walk on her front left foot, have checked it over, felt her shoulder, all down the leg, pads, and everywhere, and she is not in pain at all, yet, she is refusing to go out for the toilet unless I carry her?! she is a big Mummy's girl I admit, will of course take her to the vet in the morning if she is no better, Am I being taken for a ride here?!!! hope so, cause I dont want anything to be wrong with her!

Without knowing your dog it is hard to say, but we had a springer once that learnt that if she limped she got sympathy and cuddles!!
It was hysterical - if you said '' aww tiffy- poor poor tiffy'' she would exaggerate it even more- until she got so over excited she would forget and run around in pure happiness at all the attention!!!
