Remembering Tilly

Its exactly one year ago today that my darling girl Tilly went to the Bridge.
She had reached the grand age of 16, but her kidney problems combined with a massive stroke meant I had to let her go. I held her in my arms while the vet sent her to her rest.
I miss her every day and remember her with love and many many smiles.
Run free my beautiful girl.

Thank you everyone for your comments - that's the great thing about Dogsey - we all feel the same love for our dogs, loss when we lose them and heartfelt gratefulness for the fact that we knew them.
Every dog is unique and irreplaceable and leaves his/her pawprints on our heart forever - what truely wonderful beings they are.
Enjoy your time at the bridge Tilly until we meet again xx
