How horrible - but look how well you handled it!

This man sounds like an utter MORON.

And if he was soooo fearful for his dogs, why was he busy on his blinking phone rather than watching what his dogs were doing?

I agree with what SB said and I'll go a step further: I think it's getting to a point where we'll all be using our phones to record these utter nutters who don't understand dogs and who become abusive!

Honestly, if you have the misfortune to encounter this lunatic again, and he gets nasty, simply hit 'record' on your phone, hold it up, and let's see what he does then!

You know what, i think i might invest in a dicataphone.... This is the 3rd time its happened, second time with rox and once with a rottie girl who was so upset by the shouting that she wet herself I did fight my corner that time but this was so out of the blue.

When he walked off the whippets were looking back like ' but but but whyyy? we wanted to play!!!'

Such a shame the walk was spoilt for you and your dog. I think as said you did the right thing not to shout or say anything back.

dicataphone or mobile camera might be the way forward if it happens again....

I find it very sad that this man was so blinded by ignorance that he couldn't actually allow himself to see what actually was happening - all the dogs enjoying themselves and having fun.

Bigots like these are best ignored. Sorry you were subjected to all that abuse. If he does anything like that again, tell him you will report him to the police for threatening behaviour towards you xx

Little man syndrome.

Funny how it was ok for him to ignore his dogs having a good time with yours and not bat an eyelid till he realised the breed. If he is that bothered he needs to keep his on a lead and away form other friendly dogs.

(((Hugs))) hope you are feeling a bit better now.

The only aggresive offender that needed some discipline was the human cretin.

Totally agree, you will meet all sorts of people in life, and NOTHING makes people more annoyed than when you either ignore them and/or continue to be icily polite!
