Always and always say morning too Ollie and I did the same with Max.

When I go out Ollie gets a treat and I tell him I will be back soon and to be a good boy and no noise. Did the same with Max too.

Of course.........."night night, sleep tight and don't let the fleas bite. See you in the morning and be a good boy"

Same every night, and did it with our last dog too for 15 years. The one before that slept in our bed with us, so no need really!

Of course I say goodnight!

Once I start turning things off, Kia heads to the front door to be let out for "wee wee's" , trots back in to her bed and then she gets her bedtime treat and a nighty night from mum! (And from OH, when he's not in London...)

Its our night-time ritual

I say night night to my cats every night without fail. In the mornings they're not interested in me just want their foodies lol.

On the subject off food they both seem very interested in my sausage roll!! You would think I'd not fed them for weeks!

Oh yes, every night, and they get a kiss too. Same in the mornings.

Rosie can no longer get upstairs, so its a special kiss on her forehead, loving stroke & "nite nite sweetheart, see you soon". Breaks my heart over & over to leeave her. Why doesnt someone invent a stairlift for dogs!

To the young ones upstairs, "Nite nite, go to bed"

Five mins later "Harvey, go to bed"

Couple mins later "Harvey, go to bed"

It annoys him as much as me that Rosie is downstairs..

In mornings he rushes downstairs to snuffle & kiss her.....

Forgot to say they all get a biscuit before bed

In winter they all get tucked up with blanket. H & R soon kick theirs off but Katie likes completely buried ... All nite....
