From what I hear, their solicitor is on a par with ours. Their original solicitor left and they didn't hand over to another one until I insisted our solicitor got off her arse and used the 'phone instead of emails which were going unanswered.

Such a shame that you can't get shot of the solicitors altogether and sort it between you both...bet it would be done in no time as you both want the same thing
