I know this is a bit late, but I couldn't uplaod a picture before now - So here is what my hand looked like with Chilblain/Raynauds
Whilst the infected Chilblain has gone the Raynauds is a real pain, my right hand is more or less permanately purple or white.......with pins & needles in my little finger, tried tablets from Doc but they made me feel awful.
I had hoped with the slightly warmer weather things may have improved - but no.

That picture was taken back in February, but I have been unable to post pictures. I find I am quite restricted in things I can do now that I used to take for granted.

Opening a wine bottle is a problem

But seriously, I know there are people far worse off than me, but it is so weird to have a permantley cold hand.
