i have biological washing tablets that i could make into a powder. So do i add to hot water, then rub onto the carpet?

If i try bicarbonate soda, where do i get it from? i mean, is it in the cleaning isle of sainsburys,lol. sorry i dont know what it is!


and 'someone' i have a sneaky feeling was phoenix cos it was a massive patch and really long... phoenix usually moves about when she does it.
