Please tell me you do know let your dog travel with his head out of the window ! It is quite dangerous with or without a harness. Damage to your dogs eyes for starters
The law does state collar & ID tag & not harness BTW
My Cavaliers wear their rolled collars all the time & there is no way they can get them caught in the crates in the car & they don't mark their coats either
