Could not agree more with the judge, the blame for poor supervision can lay nowhere else other than on the owner. In this case and in others.

Cannot believe the dog was not put down straightaway myself. Anyone with any decency would not want to keep a dog that had attacked a small child like this. The risks of it happening again are too horrific.
Surprised the article didn't say what breed the dog was-I guess this was because it wasn't a Staffy!
