Thanks anna

Just rang them, couldn't wait any longer and he's only just come round, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww She said give it an hour and the vet will have finished his ops and will ring me with all the info on his ears and she will let me know when I can collect him. Poor little man, that's late isn't it to operate on them, he'll be well doddery tonight. I better get his nice comfy bed ready for him for when we bring him home. Awwwwwwwwww I've missed him soooooooo much today, I've never, ever had a dog free home like this is today, it's not normal!!!!!!

Yes, but I suppose I'd better be careful with his ear when I do it! I hope he doesn't have to wear one of those lampshades, I couldn't cuddle him properly could I!!! Thanks

YAYYYYYYYYYYY! Relatively good news on the Georgie ear front! He's had a good look inside both ears and there was nothing stuck in there. There was a BIT of muck, but not a lot. He thinks it relates to the Pyoderma problem he has. The x-rays do NOT show bone disease deeper inside the middle ear, but he cannot totally rule it out. He has taken a swab which he will have the results of in one week and will ring me to see what type of infection or whatever is going on in there. When I asked if he thinks he's got to have the major op he said not at this stage, we'll see after the swab comes back!!! So that's good!!! Things are looking up then!!! Bout time too I say!!!! He's got to stay on the rimadyl so he'll be in some pain then It will be interesting to see if he still shakes his head now???

Awwwww, just off to collect my boy now and hug him to death, but I'll be careful with his ears, awwwww, soooo happy now!!!!
