Should I take Pepper to pick up the pup?

As I have mentioned on my other thread we are due to pick up the new puppy on Saturday (fingers crossed).

I am not at all worried about Pepper as we have dog sat other dogs very successfully and she is more that happy to have another dog in her home.

But because I want this to go as well as humanely possible would it be better for Pepper to meet the new boy on his patch?

But the pup isn't allowed out yet and so surely it can only be in his garden or ours?

We took Reah and Skye, they were introduced at the man's home, mine are fully vaccinated and we have a play in the living-room of his house. He worked as a BC rescue, but had the mom at his house.
