easy to make Ice Cream

My son Matthew made this at school today.
what you need
6oomls cream
400 mls sweeten condense milk
tspn of vanilla
few drops of food colouring(what ever colour you want or just leave it out)
extras:
chocolate flake or pepermint crisp(again what ever you want to put in but crush it up before adding)
mixed cream until you have soft peaks then add the condense milk slowly mixing as you pour it in.
then add the vanilla, and food colouring mix until the colour is right though, then add your choice of crushed chocolate mix then pour into a contain add freeze
it takes 7 minutes to make and ready to eat in 45 minutes
cheers
