Parvovirus in Swindon

Not sure if this is the right place to put it, and if it will affect anyone, but just wanted to put the warning out there!

'Dog owners in Swindon are being asked to check their pet's vaccinations are up to date after an outbreak of a potentially life-threatening virus.'

And in Banbury, North Oxfordshire! Trainers at a local DTC have recommended not always walking your dog in the most popular dog walking spots and make sure the dog's vaccinations are up to date.

I'm also a fellow Swindonian; luckily the part of Swindon I live in seems unaffected for now.

My dog had his booster in June, the funny thing is I almost didn't get it done as I had been reading an article about over vaccinating our animals. I'm glad I got him done now though!
