Meet Albert



Albert is a 6-month-old German Shepherd who is looking for a new home due to his previous owners ill health.

Albert is a very friendly and sociable dog who knows basic commands, is toilet-trained and can be left alone for a few hours without problems. He is good with children of all ages, other dogs and cats. He will need a minimum of one hour of off-lead exercise every day - whilst still young these need to be gentle socialisation walks building up to proper exercise once fully grown. He loves one-to-one attention, builds very strong bonds and is extremely loyal. He is also very loving and affectionate, and loves to give kisses.

Playful, lively and sweet-natured Albert would be suitable for someone who has owned large breeds before and has plenty of knowledge of German Shepherds. He would happily live with cats, sensible older children and/or a well-trained adult dog. He would enjoy attending training classes as he loves to learn and is very eager to please. He is looking for a home where he will be treated as an additional family member and will have plenty of quality time spent with him.

Albert is looking for a perfect new home, a home where he will be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.

Thanks for getting back, and I've had a good look, it's just a case of whitling down now to find one suitable and who's the most desperate, especially Sacha, and I do fit her criteria to a tee! No, I'm pleased really, just a tad upset coz I would have loved to give him a forever home. I hope he lives a long and happy life in his new home and I hope it's a forever home too.
