Glad you and Luna are doing well - she looks good (pic in your avatar). Hope you find work so - economies are bad everywhere at the mo, we keep losing clients to the recession. Hope it all turns round soon.

LS - I hadn't until Duboing suggested it in another thread. If you have a wheat intolerance it makes for a good alternative I think I prefer it to!

Looks lovely Azz (apart from the chicken ) , as it is a Moroccan based recipe I would use a few pieces of finely chopped dried apricots instead
