LS - I hadn't until Duboing suggested it in another thread. If you have a wheat intolerance it makes for a good alternative I think I prefer it to!

Looks lovely Azz (apart from the chicken ) , as it is a Moroccan based recipe I would use a few pieces of finely chopped dried apricots instead

I made a slight variation today, used green beans instead of peas and salad instead of cous cous

Looks nice; you could try asparagus and/or mange tout too.

Think asparagus would go well thanks LS! Not that keen on mange tout tho - taste wise :/
