xmas presents?

The secret santa thread got me thinking.... what if instead of sending each other presents we send presents to a rescue?

If you rescue people post the address of your rescue then anyone who chooses can send the dogs presents of blankets, or food, or toys, or whatever...

what does everyone think?

You mean you actually still have a B&W TV?

You could probably auction it off as an antique and buy 50 colour TVs with the money!!

That cracked me up too but just in case, can you make that two

Seriously though, of course I think its a great idea Tuti I know that donations to our rescue centre seem to wilt at this time of year, so if someone is willing to help give the animals an extra special christmas, then I'm all for it.. I can supply an address via PM

Tuti, not sure how this can be done exactly as I know Linda doesn't really want her home address plastered all over the internet. So how's this going to work?

I've never done a secret santa, so please tell all

perhaps it might be an idea to nominate a rescue in each of our local areas and then elect one person who collects( or is sent) all the gifts and drops off to said rescue ??
