todays weather

OMG what a day, its been sticky warm all day, then out of nowhere the sky goes black and it starts thunder and lightening



my internet and sky TV are coming on and off the lights are flickering and the kids and dogs are running around screaming

Same here Kerrie it was a monsoon earlier, though its calmed down now, bit scary driving home from work though

We had it lovely and sunny this morning and then it went really dark and I just had time to get the guinea pig in and grab the washing off the line before it started raining. We had a thunderstorm, the electric went off for an hour - no Dogweb and then it went sunny again (well a little bit ) and then we had rainbows

It was a nightmare about 6pm black as night and thunder and lightening like I haven't seen in a long time. Cassie was a good girl though and curled up on my knee, not a peep! Cooler now though

Still swealtering down here in the east and no sign of rain. :smt047

I've got all the windows open,backdoors on tilt (its a weird door) and still way to hot...

Lovely view, Foxy.

We had a couple of specs - literally a couple and I ran upstairs, thrilled, to shut all the Velux windows
But that was that.

We've had thunderstorms all day much to Polo's terror - I can only stop him shaking if I let him UNDER the quilt - and we haven't even had the decent hot weather leading up to it just the usual cloud and drizzle.
Life's not fair.........
