Gems you'll be lucky to get a flat in Picadilly that doesn't cost an arm and a leg

How much can you afford? Maybe you should consider something less central, the prices will drop dramatically... also better for the doglets and Picadilly is well- connected transport wise anyway

Sorry Gems but anything surrounding picadilly is considered central so very expensive It's tourist territory so you might find it too crowded anyway

You might have to go south of the river for something a bit cheaper, it's not as far as it seems

Is it to rent? PM me if you want

isnt south of the river the wost part of london? i seem to remember my dad saying somethin about it?

gems i reakon anythin in central of london is gonna cost u and arm and a leg, it would be best if u could commute, find a map and find some place names outside of london nearer to countryside and then go to yell.com and type in the name and pretend ur lookin for a pub, lol. that way u can see how far away each place is from where u are gonna work. if that makes sense? its what i do when i wanna travel somewhere and i dont know how far it is.

erm.. if u go to an estate agent they will be able to pinpoint exactly wot ur looking for
