Look what I've just baked!

Don't know how clear the pic is but these are continental squares. The base is crushed digestives and butter, second layer is coconut, third layer is chocolate chips, 4th layer is crushed nuts and the top is a tin of Carnation condensed milk. Talk about high calorie, but ooooh soooo lovely!!

Why oh why oh why can't lettuce taste like that?????

I don't do nuts, but otherwise that sounds gorgeous, esp with coconut as I love that. Yum!

Same as Becks for me without the nuts, Jackie, but other than that...Mmmmm! How many are left?
