Sorry to hear about loki, my son has chronic renal failure since birth hes now 10years old and been on medication since birth its called sodium bicarbonate maybe the vets can gave loki medication something the same, i hope with medication and diet loki gets better, boxer kisses to loki from karra and wilson

Having scoured the internet, I have discovered that certain omega 3 oils and vitamin E can help slow the progress of the kidney failure. Filtered water may help take some pressure off the kidneys too, so I'm off to the shops!

So sorry to hear about Loki, but it seems you are doing all the right things to manage the condition.
