Ok I give in......
Forgive my being slow but I have had a bad 24 hours (see Health section).

Right.... the working title (could change depends on final discussion with publisher) is

"Polly and Friends"

It took a long time to think of a title and a "purpose" but with losing Polly, and with mine living at the kennels while I am at work playing with the "house dogs" all day - all of whom are rescued - it seemed a fitting tribute.

It is a collection of poems, anecdotes and illustrations about dog life, most of the material has already been published in a magazine (whose idea the book was, bless 'em!) over the last six years plus new material, all but one written by yours truly, just one guest appearance so to speak. Looking like 96 pages, hardback at the moment. Trust me, it's lightweight to read, mainly humourous, and features pics of lots of different dogs.
It will be in the shops in Ireland, not sure about UK yet, but you will be able to order it from the publisher's website.

More details later.... watch this space as they say.
