Nothing....I have contacted everyone I can think of but any ideas of places I can try are welcome.
I have asked local newspapers, radio stations, the zoo, bus company, postmen, police, park rangers, forestry....
Somebody must have seen or heard him at least.
He can't have just vanished..

How far have you spread the net? Were there strong winds on the day he disappeared? If so he could be quite some distance away?

Hi becky,

No the weather was perfect, the sun was shining and there was no wind (unbelievable for this time of year).
We are searching the UK for him...he is on a few forums, pets lost registers' SSPCA RSPB etc..
I have just emailed our local tv station to put something on so fingers crossed.
I must admit I have shed quite a few tears over the last week, it is heartbreaking to lose him.

The forest here is quite thick and he could very well be hiding somewhere....though how he doesn't hear Meesha
( his mate) screaming is beyond me!!

Yes it's very odd usually the call of the others attract them. I know when I had an avairy any escaped birds turned up at mine because they were attracted by the noise. Hope he turns up soon.

I got a call about DD today and it was him...only it was last Friday he was seen. The local paper have put in a story about him and the couple who called, saw him about half a mile from my house. I am just pulling on boots to go down there to look. I doubt if he is still going to be there but I will shout him anyway...wish me luck
