Thank you all for those kind words and for all your support. He is such a funny bird and we miss him so much, as does Meesha his wife, she has been outside in the flight screaming for him.
Bill and I are devastated, it is like a death in the family, we can't sleep or eat for worrying.
We are very grateful for any help and yes please post everywhere...I have contacted local radio, newspapers etc.

Just had our local postman at the door...DD was seen heading for Linlithgow yesterday afternoon. Maybe he will get home....if he turns around...but now I have hope.

he's given his wings a good stretch then, glad its given you a bit of a boost Fran, I have called some mates in the area asking them to keep an eye out for him, one of whom owns a pub, so word will spread quickly, shona x
