In the case of the Boxer, that statement is very true

Its your loss!

I waited a very long time, years in fact before the time was right to get a cat (or 2) & now i would not like to envisage life without a cat (or 2) and my Boxers!

I would have never gone out my way to buy a cat, but these two needed home and that we could give them. To soft for a neglect case. Glad we have them they do make me laugh, their cheeky, b*ggers that do as they please, take what they want and cause havoc. I could and will live with out cats. I am and always will be a dog person. Cats just are not my 'thing'. I dont feel I have a strong bond with them like I do the dogs, they come when they want and dont when they dont. I just 'love' and 'care' for them like anyone would for a pet - I dont 'own' them though.
