I keep checking this thread and every time I see you are offline I think Yay - baby is coming...

...and then you come back online and are still waiting...

Typical boy - always late to arrive!

If I were in your position I would opt for the sweep, it could help move things along...and is much better if that works than leaving it and having to be medically induced at the hospital.

Fingers crossed baby makes an appearance soon! x

I would go for the sweep too, I did when I was late with my first. I don't think it helped but worth a go!

My first was two weeks over too. Not great when the neighbour's baby was due at the same time but arrived three weeks early! I felt like an elephant by the time my son arrived. In fact all of mine have been well past their due date .... and no amount of curries, running, walking, sex, etc made any difference to their arrival. I think you just have to be patient and bide your time - it'll all be forgotten once you'd had your little bundle of joy. Good luck.

Aw hun, I'd rather a sweep than to be induced - that's why I went for it. It doesn't always do the trick though - sorry.

I'm more than used to the details.

Good luck with the appointment - I'll keep popping back.
