Wheatley's losing his manhood

Since my sister has moved back to my parents and there are a lot of irresponsible people there, who don't spay/neuter their cats, before Wheatley can go out he's having his lopped off.

This is happening next week.

This should also prevent him from wondering too far from home.

My Aunties entire cat Fred used to wonder for days before comming back eventually he was run over sadly. He was such a gent!
