Feel guilty now...

My faith in human nature has been restored, although I must admit to feeling really GUILTY.

On Sunday nite, someone knocked our door, it was a chap that we sort of know....but not well.
Anyway Pat said, 'come in man' and promptly gets him a coffee etc.,
3 minuets in the conversation, he asked Pat 'can you lend me three quid.
Pat says, 'sure' and asks ME for my purse (errrrr I'm lending it then!!!!!!)
Then this chap asks me 'can I ask you for a fag' which I hand over. Off he goes on his way saying ' I'll fetch it back tomorrow'
Monday came and went...no return. Tuesday (daytime) came.......no sign!!
So last nite I suddenly said to Pat..'Oh by the way, that bloke didn't return my money'
A KNOCK AT THE DOOR............................as Pat is walking to the door, he's saying 'I'll give it you back then'.
As he opened the door, there is this bloke, he comes in returns my money and gave me 20p for the fag OOOOOP's

If you met this guy you'd know what I meant, he's a black guy, with dreads, and looks MEAN, but I felt sooooooooo guilty, he said 'I came round Monday but you were out' (think it may of been when I was cleaning out the rabbits)

So I have been pleasantly surprised.........and have to admit I was WRONG

Don't worry about it, it's the sort of thing I normally do, I'm renowned for constantly having my foot in my mouth.

It really goes to show that you cannot judge people by appearance.

Glad your faith was restored
