Daily Natter 17/4/2021

Good afternoon all.

Hope you've all been out enjoying the sunshine as we have. Still a little chilly, but very, very nice

Went out at 9 am to avoid the crowds and the car parks were full when we left so it's good we went early.

Afternoon Chris and all to follow.
Lovely day here e had a coffee in the garden.
Washing out, Gorden cleaning gutters and washing down fascias.

The roads were extremely busy here, not helped by roadworks and a donkey carrier setting on fire so a main road being closed off. Thankfully the donkeys were unharmed

Why do carriers send a text message telling you to call them today before 5.30 pm when it's quite obvious no one in the office is working? Shoddy.

I'll have to try to get in touch with them first thing Monday morning in the hopes someone answers the damned 'phone

Chris, half the time they don't answer the phone at all.....a lot of them have online chat and all you get is.....sorry, we are busy!!

Well, if they can't get access, they can't get access. Gary will open the door, but they'll need a member of staff to be able to put it in the cafe until the man with a van can get there to take it up and take away the old sofa. All I wanted to do was to ask them to ring me 45mins to an hour before they get there so I can go up and sort them out.
