Quite pleased,Alfies critique !

Hi,
Some of you may remember a post i made a while back worrying about Alfies height as he had got rather tall, it was shortly after the HCEA show in July and prior to the E of E Ch show.He took 1st in post grad at hcea but didn't go any further and i was really interested and looking forward to seeing his critique to see if it was mentioned,Well with a bit of help from Pita i managed to get hold of his critique.It very short but i was quite pleased with it really,first comment i've ever had about his head so i'm not too worried about that as i am very happy with his head overall and have put that down to the judges preference.This is what she said,

1st- BAKER'S BARNEY THE BRAVE-

Tri colour, best in body, shoulder angles, fore &
aft. Head could be better, Moved best in class.

...........and no mention of height !!!!

Well done, as a judge I always look at heads in a big way but what one judge loves others dislike, so don't let that put you off.

I love the heavy heads in my setters, I like a boy to look like a boy and just love that yummy scrummy head on mine. I daresay that Alfie's head will be another judges favourite part of him, he certainly looks gorgeous to me

All in all a great critique and one to be very proud of
