Wanado

Hi, has anyone had trouble accessing the internet through Wanado, I haven't been able to get on all day until about 5.00pm

Is it just me?

Wannado used to be Freeserve, I believe. I had it for a while, but gave it the boot because it cut out too much and cost too much for what I was getting, when it failed completely, I got a new startup disc, which failed to work. They are run partly by Dixons, the High Street retailer, and nothing I've ever bought from them has ever survived its guarantee. They make it very difficult even to access the guarantee, so consequently, I wouldn't go near them with a 10 foot bargepole - their sole intertest is in getting hands on your money; their after-sales service is complete rubbish (plus their phone help is ridiculously expensive and is often quite wrong).

My best advice would be to find another provider. Have a look here: http://www.thebigchoice.com/Compare_Broadband/ . I'm heading for Tiscali, myself!

I'm with Wanadoo (recently got broadband) and have had no trouble whatsover (touch wood )

No problems for me either, we are with Wanadoo ... Lucy
