Sizzling Saturday 9th July 2022

Morning all. Been for my constitutional. Very bustling on beach green as our local builders merchants are celebrating 100 years being in business by laying on a huge celebration with all sorts going on for 12 hours. Just hope no one suffers from heat stroke. And people leave their dogs at home. Have a lovely day everyone.

It is lovely and sunny here too
Dad has decided to take advantage of the weather and the absence of next door to clean the back window frames

I hope Garry doesn't have a very good memory Chris or he will start again with the fridge not working once in his new flat.

Hugs to you Kelly and your mum. Hope things remain quiet for you.

Lovely here too. Have helped Ben clean his car and cooked lunch. Nothing planned for later. Tomorrow off to the circus that is being held in the grounds of the girls school.

Hope all are well. Take care.

Good afternoon all

Nice morning here, but a bit cool at times as the sun came in and out.

Interesting morning as there is a big water mains burst (well 3 in total) that caused an outage in town, but they got it back on within a couple of hours albeit a trickle.

The cafe managed (just), but McD's gave up the ghost and closed down.

Sod's Law, it's absolutely rammed in town and, of course, no public toilets open. Me thinks the bushes are going to get a good watering today

Well good afternoon all and hope everyone and families are well
Sorry for the long absence 2 sometimes 3 days of looking after Freya really eats into our time and when we are home we are playing catch up with trying to do the new pond, shopping and of course washing and housework.
Found 5 minutes to sit and catch up.

Apart from being busy all good here except that Michael caught covid last week. They went to a wedding on the Friday and on the Saturday he felt unwell tested and was positive.
Maca seems to of been immune from having it a while back so Michael has been isolating in the bedroom. He only felt ill though for one day and now seems to be testing negative.
Gorden worries about the after and long term effects regard's getting it.

Freya is teething and will be 1 beginning of August and is starting her tantrum phase but mostly a good baby to look after. Nanny and Granddad really must stop laughing when she does something a bit naughty.

Keep safe all.
