I work in what is considered to be a rough area of Liverpool. On my lunch one day with some collegues I was walking through the strand shopping centre (the one James Bulger was taken from RIP ) and there was a little boy, Im no good with ages as I dont have kids but he was about waist high, running round yelling. His mother kept telling him to stop running in the way of shoppers but he was ignoring her. Eventually she grabbed him by the arm and he screamed "Get off or I stab you!".No word of a lie . Where do young kids learn that from?? I found that to be the ultimate strop It is not a nice place
