Ok. I don't think I'm gonna get a reply because the above users haven't been active for some time. Basically if anybody is purchasing a frenchie or other sought after puppy and the passport is stamped with Gydytojas Paulius Sevelis be VERY cautious, I believe this vet is falsifying passports so animals can be illegally imported into the UK.
