Dexter & Daisy: Rendezvous In The Rain

As we reached the park today, the heavens opened. But determined to have a good walk, Dexter and I trouped around the main field. Halfway round, we bumped into another soaking wet pair - a girl and her new 'labradoodle'. She had rescued the dog after the original owners were preparing to send the dog to Battersea

The 'labradoodle' was called Daisy and was rather pretty. She and Dexter made a very fetching pair! As the rain got heavier, we hurried to the shelter by the cafe, where Dexter and Daisy indulged in some very long, lingering looks and also some mad, rough play:
