Question about puppy's paws?

I have a 6 month old beagle puppy. His paw pads have previously been all black...but today I notice all 4 of them seem to have pink patches. It does not seem to be bothering him and it is all 4 paws. He walks on grass, a concrete porch, and tile indoors. Is this pink paw situation normal, or should I see a vet? The only thing I can think of is that the weather is getting colder. I will attach a picture. Thanks!

I think I spy a Beagle.
Tricolour Beagles do tend to colour paling as they mature, so I think the pads are normal.
I would only worry if they became hot, swollen or tender.
Arrooo!
