Chloe (Black lab)

Hey,

As some of you might remember, my black lab (and mother of those naughty pups!!) had to have an operation on her leg about a week ago.. Well, she seems much better now, although she's getting frustrated from not being allowed to move around much i think!

Anyway, I haven't posted any pictures of her in a while and although i only managed to get three that came out ok i thought i'd post them up for anyone who wanted to know how she is doing!

These pictures are really bad quality, sorry! I didn't want to mess her around too much so just took a few quick pics..

Anyway, here she is with her tongue out for some reason!!

And in these two she has my new bird Mac on her. She's always got on really well with the birds and is so gentle with them This is the first time she's met Mac though and she was a little angel as ever!

So, there she is! You can see the wound left from her operation in the last picture which seems to be healing well! She went to the vet yesterday for a check up and apart from the leg being a bit swollen its looking good apparently

Aww bless her she's looking really well! Can't imagine what it must be like to keep a Lab confined!

Thank You

Chloe has always had a shiny coat, im not sure why as you wouldn't even want to imagine the things she tries to roll in on walks! lol!

The op was for a torn ligament in her back leg, but her leg was also slightly bent so the vet managed to fix the ligament and straighten the leg out. She has a bit of arthritis in it which we will need to keep and eye on but other than that, if she rests for the next few weeks she should be fine

And it is SO hard to keep her confined! She's literally only allowed out a couple of times a day for a couple of minutes for 'toilet breaks' she hates being taken back in and has to go everywhere with a lead and collar on (as you can see in the pics!) as otherwise she'd just get up and be gone before we could even grab her!lol
She's being very good though, bless her!
