Weight loss food for my dog please

I Have Been Told By My Vet My Westie Needs To Lose 2kgs - She Does Not Like Dry Food, Can Someone Recommend A Good Wet Food, I Currently Buy Cesar

You could try Burns, they do wet food cans. Many people have said their dogs have lost weight on Burns. Mine did but he was on the dry food.

Yes - my dogs lost weight on dry Burns.
But tbh it`s simply a question of cutting down amounts and increasing exercise a little.
Try taking a spoonful OUT of your dog`s dish before you give it to him?

If your dog likes wet food then Natures Harvest is an excellent food.

When comparing foods look at the oil/fat content as it is this that puts on weight and choose the food with the LOWEST oil/fat content.

Feed smaller meals (same frequency) and increase exercise.

Be honest, have you calculated how many titbits you feed your dog?

i wouldnt change the food to a weight loss one. id just cut down how much the dog was having, and exercise the dog more. weight will soon be lost

I have to agree, I'd rather cut it down and exercise more. Good luck with her, but take it slowly as we all have to do when cutting back food.
