He took some encouraging - he loved it after that..

Our walk

Bit of Quartering

Partridge chick - the dogs flushed the mother out and almost ran into this one We named it Percy

Leanne bought Louie a collar - it's a tad too big!

It's skinned and gutted - I have 6 pet rabbits (We lost one this morning) so I did look in horror at how much he enjoyed it but he plays with our rabbits and even let one of them out of it's run once (she was out for half an hour before we noticed, we thought Louie was inside) - never would hurt them.. so skinned and gutted are fine..

My butcher laughs at me - I hate the smell and sight of raw food - it's better for the dogs so you get over it... I still use plastic bags or BBQ utensils to move it if I need too - I won't touch it myself

You know - he took some encouraging - it was only until next door's dog turned up at our side gate before he dragged it on the grass and started digging in... he's not a sharer but isn't aggressive about it..

Wow, that's a HUGE meal - did he eat anything else all day, or was he stuffed

No I've decided that when feeding Louie raw (which I can only afford to do every so often - like twice a week) he has the meal at 3pm instead of when he has biscuits which are fed half and half morning and evening.. he didn't really move much after that rabbit though - so I only fed him half a one yesterday, but that rabbit in the picture is a baby one, he had half a adult one last night..

Sadie and Benjie had their first taste of raw rabbit yesterday - Benjie took some encouraging and Louie and Sadie had to decide between them which was theirs (they swap dishes a lot so I purposely feed the same despite Sadie being smaller - what they don't eat is chucked in the barrel - being biscuits) But other than that everyone was happy with their meals last night..

Bailey took some encouraging when I first started him on raw, he'd neber had a decent bone to chew and wasn't quite sure what to do with it, except look at and drool over

Just out of interest - where did you get the 'too large' collar from? I need one like it for when Baileys hair grows back as a normal one gets all matted in his fur?
