They rely on:-
a) house prices rising over time

b) not geting into debt with other schemes and having to find a lot of cash really quickly

c) All the directors and employees keeping out of jail


If the one time owner of the Daily Telegraph can do jail time so can loads of other less well known business people.

I have said no to them as most places that they have suggested are leasehold and maintenance and ground rent would be to much. So I will rent. Going to view one tomorrow. Night all.
