All I need now is a decent engineering surveyor to inspect each stage and issue the certs before I hand money over. Another reason to go for a timber frame is that so much of it comes on a lorry and is being put up by the manufacturers - takes some of the risk out! (I hope!)

Its funny you posting those pictures deccy because that what the house look like in the land we have in ireland. And we were gonna buy a house like yours when we were gonna move to ireland a few years ago! The old house that is on our land its falling appart! lol Its has a big whole in the floor in the bedroom!

YES it was me at Gort, with Deccy waiting hours for our class, but we won the Group eventually so an excellent day! Polly was in the crate and had to wait until almost the end - around 6pm - for veterans were you watching or showing?????????

We were watching with our puppy who is only 4 and a bit months old and only stayed a few hours. I walked through and saw the dalmations on the left of the hall. I nearly came and said hello and ask was it you but you looked busy. We were mainly hovering about outside and in the entrance as it was our puppies first time at a show and we just wanted to get her used to things. Your dogs looked lovely and I'm really pleased you won.
