Prawn Balti
Ingredients
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb cooked shelled prawns
1 can Patak's Balti Sauce
2 tbsp. creamed coconut
1 tbsp. boiling water
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
Method[B]
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions for 2 minutes. Stir in the prawns and Patak's Balti Sauce and bring to a boil. In a small cup, soften creamed coconut in boiling water, then stir into the sauce along with the cilantro. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, then add the yogurt before serving on a bed of rice with naan bread.
Serves 4.
