They are registered with the Kennel Club who I have spoken to but they say as long as there is an average of six months between litters there is nothing they will do they didnt mention anything about a max number of litters they will register from one bitch I thought it was six so this time next year she will have had six litters and she will only be 4 1/2 she isnt registered with any breed club so there is nothing they can do than.
I worked it out bitch has had nearly fourty puppies in two years at £600 ago thats over £22000 so we know why she is doing it and its not for the good of the breed.

heres the kennel club guidelines for nonacceptanceof reg
.................................................. .................................................. ....The Kennel Club will not accept an application to register a litter when
a)The dam has already whelped six litters
b)The dam has already reached the age of eight years at the date of whelping
c)The dam was under 12 months at the date of mating
if she is only after the money once she has reached her limit with registering she will do what all puppy farmers do go unregistered when they reach their limit

I think you will find that the restrictions only apply to registered breeders. This person would seem to be a "house" breeder so none of these rules apply.

No Katy, the rules were implemented to try to curb puppy farmers continuous breeding habits, therefore the rules apply only to those who are registered breeders. Most people who breed from home do not have breeders lisences, so these rules do not apply. Its worth noting it only applies to registered puppies too, puppy farmers can still breed bitches on consecutive seasons with no registration.

So does this mean she can keep breeding from this bitch after having six litters?
