Why is it ?

Why is it, whenever you buy anything new for the home it is normally the first thing to be spoilt, ruined, broken ?

We had new carpet put in the hall in October, and it wasn't cheap, plus we had waited ages for it to go down as we had to finish decorating one of the bedrooms first. Simba threw up on it almost immediately, and I have been unable to remove the stain. Then Chloe has spilt something outside her bedroom door!

My husband says "my standards are too high"! Me no understand ?

I could rattle on about other things, but I will save that for another time.

Having three children and three dogs and a dynamic male in the house I am ready to dig myself a large hole in the garden just for some time out.
