Wish Me Luck

Well, i've been feeling crap the last couple of weeks and decided i really need to go to the doctor, i wont go into too much detail for the sensitive souls But girls... Imagine the WORST period pain you've ever had... Then imagine having it for 3 weeks solid I've not been too good...

Anyway, doctor has made me an appointment for an ultrasound (waiting for that to come through ) to check for ovarian cysts He mentioned the C word as well and i nearly fell off my chair But he said that was unlikely, just something they will check for...

Anyway, i had this exact thing before when i was about 14 and it turned out to be cysts, but not before the doctors told my parents i had cancer Thank God it wasn't, but thats a bad mistake to make by any standards!!!

Anyway, fingers crossed it will be nothing, but my friend at work saying that people can get cysts before having cancer really didnt help Now im panicking!

Don't panic, chicken. I had a huge ovarian cyst removed and I survived

meh, my moms had cervical cancer and pulled through. you'll be grand, and the fact its hurting means it probably aint cancer!

I had a cyst at the begining of my pregnancy with Ewan and the pain was worse than labour pains! I hope its nothing serious, Good luck at the docs xxx

I've had cervical cancer at the age of 32....Im now 56....still here.

But to be honest I wouldn't listen to idle gossip

i had a very large cyst removed as well, in fact I had two then went on to have an hysterecomy and I'm fine now.

Going to go and panic now

Im feeling better now the doctor put me on some better pain meds (cococo something ) but still not great so just want the appointment to come through
