real easy savoury bread and butter pudding

2 eggs 1/2 pint milk 6oz cheese 6 0z bacon (optional) marg and bread make cheese sandwiches and cut into squares lay them into a dish beat the eggs and milk together and pour over bake until well risen about 20 minsreal tasy supper dish

That sounds nice, will give it a go. Much like a Yorkshire pudding one I do when I am not slimming. Put bacon and tomato slices (skin first) in a baking tin and add some oil, pop in the oven until the bacon is starting to crisp add a Yorkshire pudding mix and sprinkle grated cheese on the top. Oh yum. Serve with potato in jacket or if you are feeling good salad. Will eat cold as would the bread and butter savoury pup I would guess.
