Foolproof yorkshire pud mix..

Seriously, these are huge EVERY time (trust me)
Just use equal quantities of milk,eggs and plain flour i.e 1 cup full of each, whisk up all together leave for 15 mins.
Use a really hot temp i.e 250oc put your trays in with fat to get really hot and watch them grow (also good for Toad- in- the- Hole )
