My little swimmer ( cavalier king charles spaniel )

Archie

We had a lovely walk along the River Adur this morning, very wet underfoot after all the rainfall. It was a lovely morning bright and dry, and surprisingly not many walkers!

We were about to walk round when Archie took off down to the water and immediately went in and swam over to the other side!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was my oh saying I'm not going in after him and I said well you won't stop me!

The little dare devil made it to the other side and up the embankment... where a walker with 3 dogs appeared ( guessing one was a bitch )

Nigel finally caught up with the escape artist whilst I came behind with Harvey who by this time was squeeling for his mate!!!

Needless to say the fella has been rather tired this evening!!

Henry loves swimming, right up till the beginning of November he was swimming daily in the sea! Dad would let him off his lead on the beach and Henry would leg it down to the sea, he always comes back but the speed he runs off at it does make you wonder.....lol.
