Not sure about the format still
If every mentor can choose 10 'voices' from each selection programme they could end up making an early choice only to miss out on better voices which come later. Alternatively they may turn down good voices only to find those which follow are not as good.
It all seems a bit odd to me...

Regarding the choices and the missing out - that's why they have to make sure they make the right choices and be sure on the ones they want when they listen to them (that sounds a bit double dutch but you get my drift
).I think it's a brilliant show.

It said the BBC were worried after her saying that and the fact that Simon Cowell wanted her for X Factor but Jessie J said "I'm with The Voice aren't I!".
Oh well, we will see, the jury is out on that one.
