Fried Chicken Recipe

Hi

Just thought I would post this as made it for hubby last night and he was delighted with it !!

Healthier than KFC Fried Chicken !!! ( but then what isnt ??)

Can use a whole chicken or parts thereof.
If using a whole chicken, take the legs and wings away from carcass and cook the carcass as a whole along with

In a large pot, pour decent covering of olive oil, add two garlic cloves to the oil and allow to flavour the oil.

Add in your chicken pieces - with skin on is best !!
brown all over
use either real chicken stock or a stock cube
pour in a little of the stock and cover

every now and then turn the chicken and add more stock

needs to fry for at least 1/2 hour to be cooked through.

Dont add too much stock at a time or it will boil rather than fry.

Once golden brown and cooked through remove ans serve with whatever you like.

hope you enjoy
Dani
