5:30 am walk with Oliver and Scout (terrier x's)

I wanted to see if I could get some shots of sunrise this morning, so I took Scout and Oliver for a walk to the river valley (about 4 miles east of town). There's an awesome overlook over the top of the river valley... it's reall , reeeaaalllyyy high up... it almost looks like we're in the mountains, not the parkland, 2 hours away. We even saw a Moose and a Mule Deer across the river, heard a pack of coyotes, had a raven in a tree nearby, and flushed up a goose. the wildflowers are starting to bloom, as are the saskatoons... It was a gorgeous morning, 12C at 5 am.

Anyway, we got some cool pics. unfortunately, it was a touch cloudy, so the light wasn't bright enough for a higher shutter speed, so the pics of the dogs aren't that good. But I got some AWESOME pics of the sky and cloud formations, flowers and the valley itself (but I'll spare you those, and just post a few of the better dog pics )

Recall!

Zoomies!

Smile!

MUD!

I LOVE the sky in this pic!

The result of our walk

Thanks for looking!

Why, thank you! I certainly think my dogs are the best looking dogs ever... but I may be a tad biased! LOL

I cant believe I caught that smile pic so clearly, I was asking Oliver to snap his teeth together....
